I ordered a custom sectional sofa from Anthropologie online on 2/18/2020. I waited for two months to finally have it delivered to me on 4/20/2020. Upon delivery the handlers pointed to extensive damage on the unit - a large rip exposing the framing inside on one of the corners. Distressed fabric on the edges on both ends of the sofa. I was assured they would report this and Anthropologie would contact me to send a replacement.
9 days later, I still had not heard anything so I reached out directly. I was told by Antropologie customer service to send a report of the damage with photos to them so they can begin the replacement or return process.
I was told Antropologie would offer a credit to keep the unit as-is instead. This took another month. After multiple follow-ups finally on 5/29/2020 Antropologie Customer Service offered me a 40% credit to keep the couch as-as and I agreed. There is a pandemic and I am expecting a child so dealing with a replacement did not seem worth the risk to allow strangers to come into my home.
On 6/12/2020, however, I still had not received a credit to my card so I sent another e-mail to follow up. Coincidentally a couple of days later as I was checking for a response, I noticed another message at that time from URBN / Anthropologie customer service from 6/2/2020 refusing to process the credit. Just 4 days after they confirmed in writing the credit was approved...
Had I known this is how they treat customers paying thousands of dollars for furniture, I would have refused the sofa on delivery or straight up returned it and disengaged from any credit negotiations. Now I have a damaged couch and have wasted hours of my time dealing with an issue that should have been resolved with a single call or e-mail.
At this point it has been 4 months since I placed my order and this merchant has failed to make this right after multiple messages and conversations. Furthermore, they blatantly lied to a customer and refuse to take responsibility. They also suppress negative reviews on their site. DO NOT BUY.

I have email you and been told to contact 00442039851299When called the first lady said that i had to call 0800 0026 8476, this doesn't work. So i call again +442039851299 and spoke to the rudest person i ever spoken to. Customer service .... not even close. (believe to be called Delane) Shocking shocking shocking. No to mention one chair is broken and 4 still didn't arrive yet.

I'm so surprised at how bad Anthropologie's customer service is. I ordered a chair a few weeks back with a very long lead time of June for the delivery. I then got an email saying it would arrive in Novemeber. I assumed that they had written the dates in the US order so got in contact. It was delayed until July. 4 months away from the order.On top of this, every single email has been a painful and completely pointless source of information. I am still not clearer on anything. They tell me to email the furniture department, who then tells me to call the furniture department. A number that when you call tells you you will be charged for the call... I'm so surprised considering how well perceived they are as a brand. Really poor customer service. Hoping that the product is any good.

Ordered an item and within the hour tried to cancel. Customer service claimed it had been shipped and could not cancel. Find that hard to believe as other items I have ordered took over two weeks to receive. DO NOT order from this company

Anthropologie,the worst experience ever shopping online. Two months ago, saw 3 items online and available to buy, put them in basket, completed c card details, then 2 items came up as no longer available, although still available to buy on website for 3 days after that, Attempted to buy again, but coming up as no longer available when trying to put in c card details. Charging postage, although all shops are closed is really annoying. Ordered lovely cardigan 3 weeks ago, sale went through OK. Arrived last week. Sent skirt by mistake. No available customer services rep in UK only USA. Rep gave no apology, cardigan no longer available. No compensation offered. Will have to print off their address label and arrange return postage. My family will not be buying from this company again. Very dissatisfied customer

Really poor customer service (at least in the U.K.). I had a return to make and selected the option to drop it off at a collect +, it didn’t give me a QR code and sent me label to print which wasn’t what I had intended as I do not have access to a printer and with the pandemic can’t go into my office to use one. So, I contacted customer service to see if they could send me a QR code or amend the return option. After clearly not reading what my issue was in the first place, they resent the label for me to print. After some back and forth they said I could pay myself to ship it (obviously not going for that as it’s meant to be free returns) and then eventually after being passed around numerous reps every time I replied, I was “requested to make use of the label they already sent me” which came off very snarky and clearly indicated they hadn’t understood what my issue was in the first place.The fact they can’t amend or cancel a return is silly (if that’s truly the case, which I doubt, they really should work that out) I’ve had the same label issue with other retailers during Covid and they were nothing but helpful, either arranged a collection, were able to send me a QR code, refund the shipping cost of a new label, or extend the timeframe so I could arrange to get it printed if all else failed. Really disappointed as I thought Anthropologie was a stand up company after my experience in the US.Anthropologie train your staff to have a bit of understanding and empathy in their responses, customer service, it’s quite literally their job!

They make mistakes in shipping items, for example I ordered a quantity of 3 and was charged for 3, but only received 1.
Then I received somebody else's order (from TX, I am in CT).
They charged an item twice by mistake without shipping the item.
Now I am trying to get a full refund for a return and they will only refund an amount which is a couple dollars less than I paid. It makes no sense!
The way they charge and refund your credit card is not transparent.
There are just too many problems and I've spent hours with customer service without help. Waste of time.

I ordered an item from them in mid December. Said it was delivered, I was home that day and it never was. As soon as I received the email saying it was delivered, I checked my porch. Nothing. Customer service required me to wait 48 hrs before I could put in a claim. I put in 3 different claims for my product to be reshipped or refunded. Neither happened. Then I got an email saying they would not refund or reship since the order was marked "delivered". They suggested I contact my local police. Are you kidding me? This is supposed to be a high end company. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Have been running in absolute circles with Anthropologie and UPS and if you can believe it UPS customer service has been much more helpful. The Anthropologie phone customer service representatives have not been helpful whatsoever, and have a total "well we don't know what do, so" attitude. They truly did not care at all about helping to alleviate the order issue I am dealing with.

This company shipped the wrong item to me, it took almost 3 weeks longer to arrive than they committed to at time of purchase and they have still neither issued a refund for the wrong product or shipped a replacement - terrible service for very overpriced items. Not worth your time, money or frustration.

Very poor. Advice to avoid giving this company your business. Paid what for me is a lot of money in their sale and added express delivery for £5 next day. Supposed to come today but tracking info just says in progress. Some vague blurb at top of page says Royal Mail experiencing delays. In this case stop being greedy and taking extra money if you know you there are problems. Absolute rubbish and as fairly regular customer will avoid them in future.Just tried to contact them and their online chat doesn't reply. Filled in a form and will see if get a reply. Glad I have lawyers in the family.

SO POOR. I ordered my items from their website weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. They had no issue taking my money out of my account though.
